Cameron Norrie partners with Del Monte® to promote the health benefits of canned fruit and an active lifestyle
[Thursday 26 May 2022, LONDON] Del Monte® UK, the number one canned fruit brand* and subsidiary of the international group Fresh Del Monte® Inc., this week announces its partnership with British number one men's singles tennis star, Cameron Norrie, to promote the positive benefits of incorporating canned fruit into an active lifestyle and healthy diet, as well as support Del Monte's ongoing sponsorship of the LTA.
As part of the collaboration, Cameron will participate in a series of promotional activities including national consumer media interviews and a social media campaign. The social media campaign will include a competition, which will run on Del Monte's Instagram and Facebook channels, and offers one lucky winner two LTA tournament tickets, a supply of Del Monte® products and a meet-and-greet with Cameron himself.
Despite his demanding schedule, Cameron is a keen home cook and finds pleasure in cooking fresh and healthy meals from scratch. As a fruit lover he enjoys incorporating fruit in his cooking and as part of the campaign, Cameron will share some of his own tips and ideas on how shoppers can incorporate more fruit into their diet and how canned fruit can play a significant and convenient role in helping them to do so. These tips will be shared through consumer press releases and on Del Monte's own social media channels.
Currently in France for the French Open, the 26-year-old tennis star will be back at home in the UK at the beginning of June to prepare for the upcoming LTA and Wimbledon tournaments.
