Chocolate Pineapple On-a-Stick
• 400g Del Monte Pineapple Spears (5 x spears)
• 300g dark chocolate chips (min 45%)
• 100g white chocolate chips
• Equipment: lollipop sticks
1)Insert a lollipop into each pineapple spear and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave then transfer them to a tall glass. 2)Dip each pineapple spear into the chocolate and shake off any excess. Place the pineapple on the baking sheet and repeat the dipping process with the remaining wedges and wait for the chocolate to harden. 3)Carefully melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Then with a teaspoon dip and drizzle over the spears. Allow the chocolate to fully harden then serve.
