10 minutes preparation - 20 minutes cooking
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and grease a baking tin.
Heat the butter, sugar and syrup in saucepan until melted.
Add the oats and Del Monte® banana and mix well.
Spoon into the baking tin, flatten out and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares in the tin while still hot, then leave to cool in the tin before lifting out and serving.
- 125ml butter
- 100g light soft brown sugar
- 5 tbsp Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple Juice
- 250g rolled oats
- 1 Del Monte® banana, mashed
