Cantaloupe and Blueberry Parfait

step1Mix yogurt and sour cream.

step2Layer ½ cup of cantaloupe, ¼ cup of blueberries and 2 ½ tablespoons yogurt mixture in each of the glasses. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
