Grilled chicken salad with feta and strawberries
25 minutes preparation
Pour the chicken in a marinade made of 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, pinch of salt and pepper and let them rest for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from marinade then place on the pan previously coated with cooking spray. Grill for 5 minutes on each side until done, then cut into slices
In a large bowl, combine rocket salad, sliced onions, strawberries then feta cheese. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve into plates then add the sliced chicken on top.

- 400g strawberries, cut in halves
- 100g rocket salad
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 40g feta cheese, crumbled
