Chocolate fondue

20 minutes preparation

step1Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water or use a microwave. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate!

step2Dip the fresh fruit with a stick in the chocolate and enjoy!



  • 400g plain chocolate
  • 110 g sugar (facultative if you already use milk chocolate)
  • Any fresh fruits you want, cut in pieces if needed
