Chocolate pudding with goji berries

15 minutes preparation

step1In a large bowl, mix half the banana with chia seeds. Add milk, mapple syrup and cocoa powder to the preparation then mix until smooth.

step2Pour the preparation into two small glasses, cover them with plastic wrap then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours

step3Before serving, top with banana slices, goji berries, figs and almonds

  • 1 Del Monte banana
  • 25 g of chia seeds
  • 30g of goji berries
  • 135 ml of milk
  • 1 tsp of bitter cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of mapple syrup
  • 1 fig, cut in chunks
  • 10 g almonds, sliced
