Cool Watermelon Salsa
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate before serving so flavors blend together. This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a very good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
- 3 cups Del Monte® seedless watermelon, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Del Monte® sweet onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Del Monte® jalapeño, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
