Corn Guacamole

step1Mash diced Del Monte® avocados in a large bowl.

step2Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

step3Serve with blue, yellow and white corn chips.



  • 2 tbsp light olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 3 – 4 ripe Del Monte® Hass avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 Del Monte® red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Del Monte® tomato, finely diced
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 Del Monte® lime, juiced (add more if desired or necessary)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
