Dark Chocolate Clementines
10 minutes preparation - 1 hour freezing
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl. Careful not to overheat it. While the chocolate is melting, peel clementines and pull apart segments. Remove any loose pieces of white pith.
Dip half of each segment in the melted chocolate, lay them on their backs and put in the fridge to set. It will take up to an hour in the fridge
When ready to serve, lay on a pretty plate and lightly sprinkle with a little sea salt
