Ultra Fresh Tropical Fruit Salad

10 minutes preparation

step1Peel and core the Del Monte Gold Pineapple then cut into chunks (you can use Del Monte pineapple in can) and put them in a large bowl.

step2Peel and slice all the other fruit and add them to the bowl. Drizzle the lime juice over your fruit.

step3Crush mint leaves with sugar in a pestle and mortar and drizzle over the fruit. Finish with dollops of natural yoghurt and fresh mint leaves.

  • Del Monte Pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 fresh mango or 1 can of Del Monte Mango slices
  • 1 papaya
  • 2 kiwis
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint , leaves picked
  • 2 tablespoons golden caster sugar
  • 200 g yoghurt
