Greek Cucumber Pitas
Mix sour cream, mint, dill, feta, lemon zest and garlic in a small bowl.
Open each pita on one side.
Stuff with vegetables and top with sauce.
- ½ Del Monte® English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ Del Monte® red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Del Monte® baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- 1 tsp freshly grated Del Monte® lemon zest
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
