Mix ground beef with parsley, diced onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form 4 patties and grill until done.
Open buns and warm on grill, about 1 minute. Top with patty, 2 avocado slices, lettuce, and ¼ cup of Tackle ‘em Avocado & Tomato Salsa.
