Infused Water

10 minutes preparation

step1Drinking lots of water is super important for your health, it keeps your body hydrated and your mind alert. If you have trouble drinking water, try these different mixes and serve them with ice for the most refreshing, healthy and hydrating drink.

step2Lemon Cucumber Cilantro: use half a lemon, around 8 slices of cucumber and 6 or more strigs of cilantro. Infuse for 4-8h and serve cold. Perfect for digestion, hydration and appetite control!

step3Pineapple Cucumber combo: around 200gr of Pineapple, cut in chunks and 1/3 of a cucumber, sliced. Pineapple is a great metabolism booster, full of healthy vitamins and antioxidants like Vitamin C. Cucumber is a great source of potassium which helps bring a reduction in total blood pressure and heart rates.

step4Mango Mint: use half of a peeled mango, cut in cubes and 8 fresh mint leaves. Infuse for 3-4 hours.

step5Honeydew Mojito: 200gr of Melon, cut in cubes with 10 fresh mint leaves. Add 1 lime, thinly sliced. Infuse for 1-3 hours and serve cold.

step6Orange Basil: 2 oranges, sliced and 6 fresh basil leaves. For an intense flavor, infuse for 2 hours in the fridge. Serve cold, and you can also add ice cubes.
