Peach and Raspberry Dream

step1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

step2Mix together butter, flour and raw sugar. Chop the almonds and mix in.

step3Place the crumble on a baking sheet with parchment paper and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until it has browned. Allow to cool.

step4Pour the Del MonteĀ® peaches in a colander and let them drain thoroughly.

step5Layer the ice cream, peaches, raspberries and crisp and serve.


  • 125g butter, unsalted
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 420g Del MonteĀ® Peach
  • 200g raspberries
  • Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
