Peach and Raspberry Dream
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix together butter, flour and raw sugar. Chop the almonds and mix in.
Place the crumble on a baking sheet with parchment paper and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until it has browned. Allow to cool.
Pour the Del Monte® peaches in a colander and let them drain thoroughly.
Layer the ice cream, peaches, raspberries and crisp and serve.
- 125g butter, unsalted
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1 dl almonds
- 420g Del Monte® Peach
- 200g raspberries
- Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
