Pear and Blackberry Crumble
15 minutes preparation - 35 minutes cooking
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Roughly chop the Del Monte® pears and place into an ovenproof dish. Add the blackberries and toss everything together.
Put the flour in a bowl and add the butter. Rub the butter into the flour with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and porridge oats.
Spread the crumble mixture over the fruit and bake the crumble for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. Serve warm.

- 150g blackberries
- 250g plain flour
- 125g unsalted butter
- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 50g porridge oats
