Pear Crumble with Nougat
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix together the ingredients for the crumble.
Place Del Monte® pears in a colander and let they drain properly. Shred the pears.
Tear nougat on a grater.
Grease a pie dish. Place the pears in the bottom of the mold, sprinkle with nougat and finish with the crumble.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the pie gets some color.
Serve with whipped cream and dust with icing sugar.
- 150 g butter, room/temperature
- 4 cups oats
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ l vanilla ice-cream
- 420g Del Monte® Pears
- 50 g nougat
- 3-5 d l whipping cream
