Pear Crumble with Nougat

step1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

step2Mix together the ingredients for the crumble.

step3Place Del Monte® pears in a colander and let they drain properly. Shred the pears.

step4Tear nougat on a grater.

step5Grease a pie dish. Place the pears in the bottom of the mold, sprinkle with nougat and finish with the crumble.

step6Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the pie gets some color.

step7Serve with whipped cream and dust with icing sugar.



  • 150 g butter, room/temperature
  • 4 cups oats
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ l vanilla ice-cream
  • 420g Del Monte® Pears
  • 50 g nougat
  • 3-5 d l whipping cream
  • icing sugar
