Pears and Yogurt, Honey, Toasted Almonds
5 minutes preparation - 2 minutes cooking
Place the almonds on a baking tray under a hot grill and toast for a minute or two, shaking the tray once or twice during that time to toss and turn the almonds.
Divide the Del Monte® pears and their syrup between four bowls. Spoon the yogurt over, then drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle on the warm toasted almonds and serve.
- 25g flaked Almonds
- 1 tin Del Monte® Pear Halves in Syrup
- 4tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3tsp honey
