Pineapple Carrot Salad
Mix all ingredients except walnuts together. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Before serving sprinkle with walnuts. Serve over lettuce or as a side dish.
- 1 cup Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 cups Del Monte® shredded carrots
- 1 tbs low fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup walnuts
- Cumin to taste
