Pineapple and Celeriac Coleslaw
10 minutes preparation - 1 hour refrigeration
Peel and grate the celeriac and the carrots. Slice finely the cabbage.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
Season well and chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
- 1 can of Del Monte Crushed Pineapple in Juice
- 1/2 Celeriac
- 1/2 green cabbage, washed
- 2 carrots
- 3 tbsp of light mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to season
