Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Pour the Del Monte® Crushed Pineapple in Juice in a colander and let it drain thoroughly. Stir the batter.
Mix together the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Press the dough into a mold and pour over the batter. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Whip the cream. Serve the pie warm with cream.

- 2 cups crème fraiche
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 150g of margarine
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3-5 dl whipping cream
