Tossed Greens with Pineapple and Apple

step1To make vinaigrette, in small bowl whisk together vinegar, water, mustard and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

step2In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

step3Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.

step4Serve immediately.



  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp hot-sweet mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups torn Del Monte® butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 ½ cups Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple cubes
  • 2 medium red Del Monte® apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 small Del Monte® red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
