Tossed Greens with Pineapple and Apple
To make vinaigrette, in small bowl whisk together vinegar, water, mustard and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently.
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp hot-sweet mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups torn Del Monte® butter lettuce leaves
- 1 ½ cups Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple cubes
- 2 medium red Del Monte® apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 small Del Monte® red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
