We are looking for a HR Supervisor to strengthen the regional team in Monaco for a 6 months temporary contract.

Reporting to Manager Human Resources of the Europe & Africa region, this role requires the successful candidate to:
- Ensure that an effective recruitment process is in place so that the business is able to attract the highest caliber candidates,
- Ensure recruitment of new position/replacements, permanent and/or temporary team members in Monaco offices,
- Liaise with Human Resources Manager for recruitment of Managerial positions,
- Liaise with heads of departments in order to create Job Descriptions and Job Offers,
- Prepare the request and follow the approvals for new hiring according to our internal policies,
- Publish job offer to the Labour office in Monaco,
- Create and animate recruitment advertisement using usual medias,
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and headhunters, when necessary,
- Coordinate with the Regional HR Supervisor in charge of the Payroll to ensure that all formalities are done for new team members in Monaco offices,
- Provide support to the HR correspondents in the Europe & Africa Region on recruitment,
- Create and keep up to date the employee handbook for Monaco and the Europe & Africa region,
- Ensure onboarding and induction of new team members in Monaco and EA region,
- Propose trainings to develop our talents

Skills:
- Analytical skills and IT literate
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills
- Excellent team worker
- Fluent English, Italian would be a plus

Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources with minimum 4 years of experience in the same position preferably in an international Company.

The role requires a strongly motivated person with a positive attitude and able to work on several matters in the same time with maintaining work priorities.
You are rigorous, reactive, and have a good relationship.
