#StayHome Instagram Contest Rules

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to European residents only, aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or anyone else associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. No purchase necessary to enter the draw.

4. Internet access is required and you must have a www.instagram.com account to enter.

5. The promotion will begin at 12:00am (Noon BST) on 11th April 2020 and close at 12:00pm (Noon BST) on 9th May 2020 ("Promotion Period").

6. To enter: Visit the Del Monte Europe Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/delmonteeurope/), become follower, comment with the requested picture/video/comment on each of the 8 challenge posts that will be published in the period (distinguished by the #StayHome hashtag).  You must comment on all eight challenge posts to be entered into the prize competition.  At the end of the competition, a winner will be drawn by the users that have participated in all of the 8 challenges by the end of the competition period.

7. Only one entry per person.                                                         

8. Prize: one winner will receive a Family days Out Choice voucher from Buyagift.com.  The voucher entitles one family (2 adults and 2 children) to a day out to be selected from the available options. Full details of the experience are provided on the voucher and some restrictions may apply.  The voucher is valid for 10 months from date of issue.

9. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

12. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, on the closing date after the end of the promotion, under independent supervision and will be notified on the Del Monte Europe Instagram account by 23:59 of 16th May 2020.

The winner will then have 1 working day to respond to confirm acceptance of the prize, if a winner does not respond to the Promoter within this time, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the Promoter shall select another winner at random from all remaining valid entries.

13. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

14. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be randomly selected.

15. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Instagram. All entries will be subject to Instagram's terms of use which can be found at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870?helpref=page_content/. By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against Instagram and agree to a complete liability release for Instagram.

16. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by applicable data protection legislation.
