Sticky toffee breakfast bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 chopped banana
• 1 ripe pear
• 5 prunes
• 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Preparation:

1)First, you’ll need to prep the fruit – chop the banana, peel and dice the pear and cut the dates into chunks making sure you remove any stones or stalks. 2)Set aside a few pieces of each of the fruit to sprinkle on top and put the rest in a blender with your yoghurt and blitz until it appears smooth. If it feels a bit thick then you can always add a touch of milk halfway through blending – it'll make it creamier too! 3)Tip into your favourite bowl and carefully drop the remaining fruit chunks on top.
